The legal hotel check-in age in Mexico is 18 years old. Each room must have at least one occupant aged 18 or older. Guests under 17 years old are not permitted to stay at any Oasis property without a legal parent or guardian present.
Travel Consent for 17-Year-Olds: All 17-year-old travelers without a parent or legal guardian must present written consent from their parent or guardian.
This consent must authorize international travel and confirm that the parent/guardian assumes full responsibility for the traveler’s actions.
For every nineteen travelers who are 17 years old, one adult chaperone (minimum age: 25 years old) must stay on the property for the entire visit.
Student/Youth groups are not accepted at this resort.
A Resort Fee of $101 MXN* (approximately $6 USD) per room per night will be collected by the hotel at time of check-in. This fee is in addition to the Environmental Sanitation Fee that is collected by all hotels in Cancun & Riviera Maya.
